In a group session, 2 of you will ride at a time. Amelia will assess your posture and make adjustments if needed to your seat both on and off the horse and give you some stretching exercises to do and/or Pilates whilst the other 2 riders then ride and are assessed. This is a great fun couple of hours for a group of friends or for Club members..
