6 hourly sessions to be taken within 90 days of booking the course.


Whether you are learning to ride, returning to riding after an injury or fall, or feel you need some general help with your balance and core when riding then this progressive course is for you. 


I will discuss with you your goals and set a program to enable you to reach them using my skills in biomechanics of both rider and horse. 


Pilates and other exercises either on or off the mechanical horses will be used to assist your posture in the saddle. Each hour session will be spent improving on the last.
